La Planta de Café — Line Extension and Visual Consistency In 2019, we redesigned the identity and packaging system for La Planta de Café, the brand under which Cabrales decided to group all its roasted coffees, capitalizing on the strong historical recognition achieved with its classic Dorado. The challenge was to organize and modernize while retaining the essence of a brand deeply rooted in the memories of Argentine consumers. Building on that solid foundation, we now assist Cabrales in a new step: the expansion of La Planta de Café into the realm of instant coffees. The work consisted of bringing the graphic architecture defined in 2019—the strength of yellow/gold, the characteristic red block, the cup icon, and the brand’s fluid typography—to a new family of products that incorporates more contemporary flavors and consumption moments. The key was to maintain visual continuity with the original Dorado, reinforcing the brand’s heritage value and ensuring that the instant line is perceived as a natural part of Cabrales' story, while at the same time generating shelf appeal with flavor codes and a delicious, warm, and modern language. Thus, the new packs of cappuccino, latte, mocha, and special variants like salted caramel emerge, expanding the brand's offering without diluting its DNA. An exercise in evolution that proves a well-thought-out identity allows for consistent and relevant growth over time.

On that solid foundation, we are now accompanying Cabrales in a new step: the expansion of La Planta de Café into the universe of instant coffees.
