Costa Susana. A landmark in the city of Ushuaia. Taking advantage of a family trip by Gonzalo Berro, Diego Urien invited him to see a real estate project he was developing, along with his partners, in Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world. A unique subdivision located in the renowned Monte Susana, just minutes from the city center. Unlike other mountains in the region, Monte Susana, at only 88 meters in height, is a landmark in Ushuaia due to its distinctive rounded shape which makes it easily recognizable. Gonzalo was struck by the place. A unique natural landscape framed by the mountains, the Beagle Channel, and the green and snowy forests at the end of the world. Back in Buenos Aires, after a few meetings, Grupo Berro was hired to develop the name and identity of the new neighborhood. A series of names were presented under different conceptual territories. Finally, 'Costa Susana' was the chosen name, due to its connection with the well-known mountain and because it is located on the coast of it. The identity, designed in copper color, represents the recognized silhouette of the mountain with its reflection in the Beagle Channel. To make the symbol stand out, a dark green base color was chosen, giving it the necessary elegance for the type of neighborhood being developed. Osvaldo Peralta, a photographer specializing in landscapes of Patagonia, was hired to capture the unique landscape that the neighborhood offers, which is one of its great differentiators.
