"One of the best demonstrations that we are doing things right is the continuous trust of our customers over the years," comments Gonzalo Berro. For more than a decade, CCU Argentina has called on Grupo Berro for different branding projects for its brands. This time, the challenge was to renew the recognized wine brand Colón. Located in the Tulum Valley – province of San Juan – since 1870, Bodegas Colón is one of the most important references in the wine industry in Argentina. The goal was to renew the design of the Colón line with new proposals that appeared more elegant and modern, for a wine of greater enological complexity that elevates it within its category while maintaining a virtuous price-quality relationship. "Despite the difficult context we live in, the restrictions, the home office modality, at CCU we continue to innovate, presenting new options and value propositions to an increasingly demanding wine consumer," comments Vanina de Martino, marketing manager of ciders, wines, and spirits at CCU Argentina. Under the name ‘Colón Selecto,’ we developed a new line of three varietals, three blends, and also worked on the design of a rosé wine and a sweet fresh wine. The new design is a more innovative and elegant proposal, aimed at captivating lovers of soft and easy-to-drink wines, without renouncing quality.
